At Pimp My Unicorn, we want you to love every magical item you order. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

Eligibility for Returns
You may return items within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. -
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products (such as earrings, beauty products, or personalised/customised items) cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged. -
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. We’ll happily arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost. -
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank. -
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our side. -
